coaching.cool provides life coaching services via video call (Zoom). Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice.
All payments are processed through Stripe in EUR. Orientation sessions (€49) are non-refundable. Package refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been used.
Sessions can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. No-shows are counted as used sessions.
All session content is confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as required by law.
